    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I also rise pursuant to Standing Order No.45(2)(b) to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations, regarding the break in, on 11th October night, 2015 at the Kapenguria CDF building, which houses Kapenguria Constituency Office, the Ministry of lands and Ministry of Culture and Tourism for the County Government of West Pokot. In the statement, the chairperson should: (a) State whether investigations into the break in were being carried out. (b) Explain whether all the documents, including the sensitive land documents and computers that were stolen have been recovered. (c) State whether any person has been arrested in connection to the break in. (d) Explain measures taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future."
