    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I know as a nation, we have a culture where nobody takes responsibility or vacates offices because of mistakes. When something like that happens when there is an examination council and leakages are so glaring such that you find examination papers on television, which then appear the next day in the actual paper, something is wrong. Somebody’s head should have rolled and with no question about it. However, somehow, people are still there and they are expected to correct that situation. I do not see ---"
