    "content": "On the question of reallocation, I am aware that the CDF Board is very thin at the moment. We only have five members. They did not appoint a full Board because of the matter that was in court. There is a delay that Hon. Dawood has talked about because the CDF Board is very thin on the ground. I spoke with the CEO of the CDF Board today and he has promised me that there will be a board meeting tomorrow, 13th November, 2015 in which they will look at the question of reallocation."
