    "content": "The CDF Bill is on course. We have done the First Reading and anytime, we shall go to the Second Reading. We will be doing public hearing next week and receiving memoranda. We hope to be through with the process of receiving memoranda next week, so that we can proceed to the Second and Third Readings. I also want to inform Members that if they have time tomorrow, 13th November, 2015, the High Court will be making a ruling on the request for extension of time.
