    "content": "I want to draw you attention that when the CJ had personal matters, he submitted to the High Court. He appeared in court and gave evidence, yet he is the Head of the Judiciary. That is a point you need to look at as you go through this. The CJ is a lawyer and he is not like Manson here. He has studied this Constitution very well. Article 125(1) which I have referred to is very clear. There is no saving clause that so and so should not appear before the Committee."
