    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I am not a member of any of the three committees. So, I am not in receipt of the letters of the CJ. However, one fundamental thing that this House must address itself to is whether Article 125 refers to certain Kenyans and not others. If the drafters of the Constitution wanted to exclude anybody from the provisions of Article 125, they would have excluded the Speaker of the National Assembly, the Speaker of the Senate and the CJ.
