    "content": "The Chair of JSC is like the Chair of any other constitutional commission. If we invite those other chairs, how can we fail to invite the chair of the JSC? We give taxpayer’s money to the JSC to spend and they must account for it. If in the process of accounting for that money, the CJ has to appear before the House as the chair of the JSC, let it be. If there is anything that would have excluded the CJ from appearing, it would have been indicated clearly in the Constitution. The chair of JSC is specified in the Constitution and, therefore, there is nothing we can do in law to change that without amending the Constitution. In my opinion, you need to rule and order that the JSC Chair appears before a committee of Parliament to answer to questions pursuant to Article 125 of the Constitution."
