    "content": "Some of the information that is coming before us would give a bad image. It gives the impression of accounting officers who are coming before Parliament without prior preparation at all and bringing documentation that are not accurate. Sometimes, you get the impression that they are hoping that Members of Parliament will just flip through the documents and not go into detailed examination. It is giving a bad picture of the Government in general and even the country as a whole. We feel frustrated. As the head of this institution, we felt that we want to bring this matter to your attention, so that you can try to help us to see how we can get this done, so that as much as possible, we meet the constitutional deadlines."
