    "content": "I support the Committee’s amendment. This particular Clause is simply meant to restrict the CJ on matters of making regulations. If the Bill was left the way it was before this amendment, then the CJ would be at liberty to make any regulation. Of course, I support so that this House, through its Committee on Delegated Legislation, can look through such regulations to confirm that they are in tandem with the statutory instruments. Thank you."
