Temporary Deputy Chairman, I would like to seek some clarification from the Mover, because I see that this is Section 26 of the Environment and Land Court Act that is being amended by inserting a clause that says:- “The Chief Justice may, by notice in the Gazette, appoint certain magistrates to preside over cases involving employment and labour relations in respect of any area of the country.” I am wondering what the Environment and Land Court has got to do with labour relations."
