Temporary Deputy Chairman, I want to oppose this amendment especially on 1A which says: “For the purpose of effective hand-over, a judge shall report at the new duty station within three months from the date on which he or she was notified of the transfer.” Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, in the amendment the word used is “within” but the Chairman of the Departmental Committee used the word “at least”."
