Generally, if you are transferred and you have cleared all your cases, you should move immediately. This is because you might open a door where other civil servants will demand the same treatment, and then we will nullify the whole exercise of transfers. I know at times you might be transferred because you are doing very well. So, you go to another station to improve. If that is the case, you stay in one station for three months then you delay improvement in the other station."
