Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 14 of the Bill be amended in the prefatory statement by inserting the words “in so far as is reasonably practicable,” immediately after the words “which shall”. We are seeking to clean up the Bill by adding the words “in so far as is reasonably practicable” immediately after the words “which shall” so that it is not totally mandatory."
