    "content": "Hon Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 25 of the Bill be amended— (a) in the prefatory statement by deleting the word “under” appearing immediately after the word “prescribed” and substituting therefor the words “by written law.” (b) by deleting paragraphs (a), (b) and (c). We are seeking to ensure that the words we are seeking to delete are not prescribed by the Chief Justice, but by the written law. We are seeking to ensure that, that which will be complied with is that which this House has passed and not that which is prescribed by the Chief Justice."
