    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, the amendment in Clause 29(1) is good. I do not understand why the Committee is proposing to delete Clause 29(2). Looking at the wording, other than removing the words “Chief Justice” and replacing with the words “Principal Judge”, the intent of Clause 29(2) is very good. Why are we doing away with it? I wish the Chair would have pronounced himself more on this. To me, the clause enriches the whole venture of performance management, inspection and monitoring within the court. I see no reason at all for deleting this clause."
