The House would have to resume before we can entertain that kind of order. You could be thinking about consulting with the Leader of the Majority Party or the Leader of the Minority Party to report. That is how our Standing Orders behave. First of all, we have to report and resume the House in plenary and then we can entertain what you are talking about. I am sure you are doing that because of another Standing Order which says that, that kind of Motion must be entertained before 6.00 p.m. So, it is about the chick and the chicken. Let us proceed."
