You should, at that point, avail yourself the earliest opportunity to rise in your place and articulate that Motion. I am sure there will be quorum to deal with that issue after which we can proceed with the remaining parts of Third Reading. Just make sure that you are hawk-eyed so that you see it in the Order Paper and avail the first opportunity to raise that issue. I feel that we need quorum in the House to deal with that."
