    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to second this Bill. I would request Hon. Members to look at Clause 2 that deals with the interpretation of the content of the Bill. It is important that Hon. Members understand what the Bill defines in as far as the interpretation of various clauses in the Bill are concerned. One of the issues I would like to enlighten Hon. Members is the definition of “community” in as far as this Bill is concerned.
