    "content": "is made for people to drink and enjoy. We do not expect the police to harass people at Christmas time or when we are having customary practices like circumcision. That is because we are enjoying ourselves. This is our culture. Busaa is regarded as a very important drink that brings wazees together. It was not made for the youth. The youth started taking busaa recently. The law can take its course for people who abuse the drink. If people are practising their culture, that must be respected. The Luo community has its own traditions; the Kikuyu have their own traditions. As the State moves forward, we should respect different cultures in this country. I support the Bill."
