    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I stand to support the Bill as it is. Hon. Deputy Speaker, there is a Swahili saying that says: “ Muacha mila ni mtumwa.” This means that culture is a way of life. When you talk of culture, you are talking of the food people eat, their dressing, their way of worship and everything else they do. Therefore, it is very important for each one of us to be identified with a community from which we come from. It is unfortunate that it has taken 52 years before thinking about protecting and promoting our traditional knowledge and traditional cultural expressions."
