We have had the tourists that Members have spoken about. They have, on so many occasions, visited our kayas and they have been impressed. We only need to formalize them so that they can serve the people. Hon. Deputy Speaker, what attracts me in this Bill are the provisions of Clause 4 and Clause 5 of the Bill, which talk about the roles of the county and national Government. If the county and national Government are not taking this issue seriously, I do not think we will go far. The roles that have been set out in the Bill for the county and the national Government surround protection, preservation and promotion of traditional practices and cultures.
