    "content": "Mutilation (FGM) is one of these. We must be clear from the outset that every protection that is being sought under this Bill must be in line with the Constitution. We may see people going to court under the guise of protection of their intangible cultural heritage which are not in line with human dignity and rights and which may not be in line with the requirements of justice and our Constitution. With those few remarks, I wish to support and congratulate the Leader of the Majority Party for prioritising this Bill and bringing it to the Floor. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
