    "content": "such a situation, the PS has the mandate to allow other communities for the sake of the bigger national interests. Some of these clauses are very important. I urge my colleagues to make sure that we pass this law as soon as possible. Since this law will go to the Senate, I appeal to the Senate to ensure that they facilitate the process of getting this law enacted.
