    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. First, I support the Bill. Secondly, I thank the Mover of the Bill. The Bill is very important for our communities. Although some practices like FGM and early marriages among the Maasai are not good, there are very many other practices that are good in our communities. Things like dressing code and traditional songs and dances of the Maasai are very important and they attract visitors to this country. I like this Bill because it provides that protection of traditional cultural expressions and communities will be recognised. The Bill protects traditional cultures so that no one will misuse or abuse their cultures. With those few remarks, I support the Bill. Thank you."
