This Bill provides a framework for the protection and promotion of traditional knowledge. This will encourage our young people to stick to our cultures because they will realise how important our cultures are. In the Somali culture, there is a dress code. However, nowadays our young boys sag their pants and put on fitting shirts, which is against the teachings of our religion.
