    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, on Tuesday, 15th September, 2015, I received a statement in response to a request that I had made. The statement was on the issue of national identity cards, but it was not satisfactory because it did not address the specific issue on the status of digital national identity card project. The Chairperson of the Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations gave a indication then that precise feedback would be given in two weeks’ time. I seek your guidance because we are almost going on recess and this matter has not been addressed properly yet it is an issue of national concern and not just the people of Homa Bay. I request that you direct that clarification be brought to this House on Tuesday."
