    "content": "Hurray to women! Madam Temporary Speaker, thank you for bringing this Motion from IPU. It is great to know that they are supporting our initiative to achieve the two-thirds gender rule which has been more theoretical than practical over time. We know that she comes from the socio-cultural background that most of us come from. However, I am happy that more women are able to stand up and be counted and face up to the challenges of being leaders. We have our history and examples for the same. We need to change the way we socialize our children and re-orientate them to know that they can lead effectively and to prepare Kenyans for the next generation of women leaders.
