"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. You have heard the Vice-President say that he takes aâ serious view of this matterâ. We also take a serious view of this matter and the only way to start this Session in the right way is to sanction those who have failed to appear this morning. Would I be in order to request the Chair to sanction the Minister, and anybody else, who has failed to come for the Questions? These Questions have been placed on the Order Paper while our Questions have been slotted for another day. It is not right that we take the House for granted."
