"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am one of the people who have been victimized by the orders of Maj. Nkaissery. For the Chairperson to say that Mr. Ngirachu was not arrested is false. The Cabinet Secretary wrote a letter while he was in the USA and ordered the Inspector-General and the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) to arrest me. Is it the work of the Cabinet Secretary to order for people to arrest others yet there are people who have been assigned that work? I would like the Chairperson to clarify that."
