    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, allow me to welcome the delegation from my county led by the Speaker, his deputy and the two committees including the famous Wendo whom every Member who has been here for more than one term would remember. I also welcome members of staff from other counties and encourage you, the Speaker and the leadership of the Senate, to continue with positive engagements with county assemblies, members, speakers and their staff so that we can have shared experiences in order to assist the counties in discharging their responsibilities of representation, legislation and oversight. This is to protect the country from the looting spree that is going on in counties. Thank you."
