    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to join my colleagues in welcoming the counties that are visiting us, especially the staff from Isiolo County. I wish to encourage them to start working on what we have lost. We had a lot of issues as a county for quite some time. It is, therefore, encouraging that they have put themselves together to work on their capacity building, so that they can go back and deliver on their mandate. I wish them good well during their attachment. Isiolo County should move forward and execute its mandate. Thank you."
