First, he said the Chairperson of the Committee of the Whole of the Senate, the distinguished Senator for Migori County has acted fraudulently. Those are very strong words. As much as the Senator for Kakamega is entitled to his opinion, our Standing Orders refuse us to use such language against colleagues and also against the colleagues who preside over the proceedings of this House. Is he in order to say that there has been fraud in this House and there have been tricks which have been performed by the Chair of the Committee of the Whole?"
