Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I also want to beg your indulgence because we wrote to the office of the Clerk indicating that we needed more time for this Question because there was an attempt to answer this Question, but it was not answered adequately. So far, the kind of information I had been given was not adequate. I, therefore, asked my office to write to the office of the Clerk and they told me they had written. So, I was surprised to see this Question on the Order Paper; in fact, that is when I rushed in. I just knew I had one Question this afternoon. I am very sorry about it."
