"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. If at least the Opposition are less abusive and more gentlemen and ladies, I do not think anyone would need to defend the President because he is also very capable than most of you and he has proven it. So, have some respect. I do now want to answer Sen. Wetangula because what he has said is not worth answering. What I wanted to say is that, I have all the respect for the Speaker and he is very capable. However, we all know that there are Temporary Speakers and there is a substantive Speaker. Whereas we respect the ruling, the substantive Speaker, the Deputy Speaker or a Temporary Speaker cannot change a ruling of another Chair. Should we be pushing the Temporary Speaker to change a ruling that was made, to try to prove that this Bill is wrongly in the House? The Speaker ruled that it is rightfully in the House and if you did not accept, you should have argued at that time. We should not go round and round. President Uhuru has many good advisors. Please, stop being abusive."
