This is more so supposed to be enforced by the Leader of Government Business, who is none other than the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs himself. Why would a Question by Private Notice be listed on the Order Paper three times over a period of not less than two or three months? How long is it since you first asked this Question, Dr. Otichilo?"
