You heard the Vice Chairperson of the Committee say that: “The IEBC will do massive registration during the months of November and December, 2015.” We are already in November and everyone will testify that there is nothing going on. Did he mean November, 2015 or November, 2016? If there was any massive registration, it would be preceded by civic education. Could the Vice Chairperson tell us when civic education was done for the massive registration?"
