"content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like the Vice Chairperson to clarify if it is true that in the last financial year, the IEBC was given Kshs18 million to carry out voter registration in the whole country. I would also like him to confirm that six months ago, the IEBC announced that it would carry out what he has described as “massive voter registration” from 15th November this year, for one full month. Some of us even prepared to take leave to go to the villages and help people to go and register. Today is 18th November, 2015. Is the programme of 15th November for one full month for massive registration still on? If it is, when will it start because we have already lost a few days?"
