    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) I am aware that the borehole at Marich had broken down, but technicians were dispatched to attend to the problem. (b) The borehole was repaired on 4th February, 2011 and is now operational. (c) The water demand from the borehole exceeds supply and the Ministry will drill an additional borehole in the area in the next financial year. Further, the Ministry has deployed a technical rapid response team, which is based at Kapenguria, to attend to emergency breakdowns in the North Rift, including Pokot, Baringo, Elgeyo Marakwet and Turkana Counties."
