I can only assume that this has been done deliberately to ensure that people do not get registered. I do not understand why our colleagues in the National Assembly would award other departments a lot of money and then deny voters their registration. Once again, this is a matter that the good Senator for Mandera ought to interrogate in great detail. Sen. Wetangula has requested to find out why they got Kshs18 million to do voter registration in the last financial year.
