    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 13 of the Bill be amended in subclaue (4) by inserting the words “of the Action Plan” immediately after the words “for mainstreaming.” This amendment would make it clear that it is the action plan that is to be mainstreamed into all sectors of the economy and not vice versa ."
