    "content": "When I look at the responsibility of the sub-county, there are quite a number of interesting things that we really need to support. One of the very attractive tasks which this Committee must undertake is where it says: “Put measures in place to ensure that all children and youth of school-going age within the sub-county attend and stay to complete basic education.” That is a very important responsibility. It makes this amendment very attractive, because in our areas of representation, we have a lot of challenges. The money we set aside for the bursaries is not enough to get most of the needy students through education. So, we are doing partial support or partial sponsorship.
