    "content": "On amendment to Clause 25(c) there is the issue of renewal of terms of service for the members. While it is clear that the chairperson can only serve for four years which can be renewed once, it is not clear for the members. So, members will be serving for three years and after renewal, it does not say whether it will be renewed once or they can be there forever. It is important that even this is also fixed. We can actually peg it at either once or twice, so that in the long run, we also get new people coming into these boards and giving new ideas in the board, so that we do not have people overstaying in them. Overstaying has caused problems where people start developing kingdoms as they are the authority and what they say becomes the law. They do not allow new ideas to come on board. This is another area we need to support."
