    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I was rising on a point of order. It is through the consultation of the Committee on Education, Research and Technology with Prof. Kaimenyi, who sits in the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, that Hon. Gumbo is able to discuss this Bill which is coming up at the right time to empower the education sector. That notwithstanding, I want to support this Bill. For the first time, I want to congratulate the Committee for the good job that they have done through the Chair, who is here with me. We have been grappling with these issues since we came to this House."
