    "content": "Clause 10 seeks to amend the Act to ensure that children are not denied admission to public schools as long as they meet the criterion prescribed by the Cabinet Secretary (CS), for admission to a public school. This will ensure that all pupils in our country receive basic education. Denial of admission to public schools by the admission board is denying students their basic education. Clause 10 seeks to take care of that."
