    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker and my Chairperson. I would like to support this amendment Bill and highlight with emphasis the situation we are in this country. The education sector is in a deep crisis. I support this Bill because it makes provision for inclusiveness in the appointment of members of the County Education Boards. We can only hope that the board will deal with serious issues like shortage of teachers. The shortage of teachers is addressed not only in the Constitution, but in the rights of children.
