    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. I also want to thank the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology for moving this very important amendment Bill. At the outset, I want to say that this Bill is very important. Once it is assented to by the President, there will be some celebration because some of the very important amendments are very key to our society, particularly the ones touching on the bright and needy students who fail to gain admission into schools that they have qualified for and end up joining day schools. This is a move where the country is going to empower a very important part of the society with knowledge."
