    "content": "I think those who may have put in competition are none other than the ones from Members who have not appeared before the Committee. I have heard the names of Hon. Zuleikha and Hon. Jude being mentioned. They are yet to appear before the Committee. Those who have sponsored Bills before the Committee are encouraged to appear before the Committee so that it can conclude its reports. The Committee is also encouraged to hold meetings to adopt reports. I am aware that it is problematic to get quorum to adopt reports and yet this is part of their duties and responsibilities.
