    "content": "Hon. Speaker, we have another cluster of regulations that we have received in our Committee. We have annulled some sections which we are tabling to this House. These are the Kisumu National Polytechnic Order 2014, the Eldoret National Polytechnic Order 2014, the Kenya Technical Trainers College Order 2014, the Kaimosi Friends University College Order 2015, the Arupe University College Order 2015 and the Basic Education Regulation 2015, which was published. The Committee held a meeting with the CS, the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) and the Kenya National Union of Teachers (KNUT)."
