We are waiting for their comments after we raised some issues. This includes the Environmental Management and Coordination and Waste Tyre Regulation 2015, the County Land Management Board Regulation 2015, the National Land Commission (NLC) Review of Grants and Re-possession Regulation 2014 and the Public Private Partnership Regulation 2015."
