    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for allowing me to contribute to this very important Bill, the Tax Procedures Bill. At the outset, I want to say that I support the Bill. This Bill is not about the forms of taxes. It is about the procedure that the tax commissioner wants to employ so as to recover or collect tax from Kenyans. The reasons why an economy must collect taxes go to the issue that people need to have budgets both recurrent and development."
